- Personalized items (such as custom name patches for harnesses) require 1–2 business days for custom embroidery and quality inspection before shipping.

- United States & Canada: 9 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 9 to 14 business days
- Australia & Rest of World: 10 to 16 business days

3. Shipping Rates:
- Orders under €40.00: Standard Tracked Delivery is €2.90.
- Orders over €40.00: FREE Tracked Delivery worldwide.

4. Order Tracking:
As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automatic dispatch email containing your tracking number and a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.
